Anushka and Virat, who have been married for almost three years now, have every now and then faced rumours of pregnancy. Recently, during an AMA session on Instagram, when a user asked Anushka, “People around you keep asking you for kid?” she replied, “No. No one at all. Only social media pe.”
Anushka and Virat got married in a low-key ceremony on 11 December, 2017 after dating for four years. The two, who reportedly first met while shooting for a shampoo advertisement in 2013, have had their shares of ups and down with people being extremely invested in their relationship. The popularity of their relationship was at the centre of criticism after Virat Kohli lost his consistency in several matches back in 2015. However, the couple kept going strong and went on to become the power couple that they are now.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka was last seen in Anand L Rai’s Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan. She hasn’t announced her next acting project yet. However, she has been quite invested in production and has produced some of the most acclaimed projects of the year, including Amazon Prime Video series Paatal Lok and Netflix film Bulbbul.
Virat Kohli, on the other hand, is set to lead his team Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) in the upcoming season of Indian Premier League(IPL). The tournament, this year, has been shifted to UAE in the wake of coronavirus pandemic and will start from September 19.
