2023 Kia Seltos facelift: Following numerous spy images of the updated Kia Seltos, the automaker has now unveiled its first official teaser, which gives us a look inside its cabin. The facelifted Kia Seltos is set to go on sale early next month. Here are the changes we saw in the teaser that the 2023 Seltos will receive over the present model.
Interior Details
The new Kia Seltos will get modified bumpers, revamped LED headlights with DRLs, new alloy wheels, changed taillights, and more in terms of style. Inside, facelifted Seltos will gain a tonne of new features. It will have a sizable 10.25-inch touchscreen display with linked car technology, a digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and more.
Powertrain details
The 1.5-litre petrol engine, which produces 115 horsepower and 144 pound-feet of torque, is mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and the 1.5-litre diesel engine, which produces 116 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque, is mated to either a 6-speed iMT or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
In addition, the automaker might substitute the 1.4-litre engine that was previously terminated with a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine for this combination. With either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox (DCT), this engine, which is also found in the Kia Carens, produces 160PS and 253Nm.
