The headlamp unit’s design was influenced by the headlamp of the 1290 Super Duke R model.

A new LED taillight (like the one on the KTM 250 Duke) and a halogen headlamp with LED DRLs that resemble fangs are included with the 200 Duke. It comes with a simple LCD instrument console with readouts for the gear position, average and real-time miles travelled, service intervals, remaining fuel, time, and side-stand warning light. A shift indication is located in the centre of the warning lights that are located above the speedometer.
