Ather 450S EV Scooty: The company is coming up with low cost attractive and fully futuristic electric scooter. In this e-scooter, the current touchscreen display from the 450 and 450X line will be replaced by a brand-new non-touch LCD display. The Ather 450S, which is based on the 450X but lacks a few features and aesthetic improvements, will be the manufacturer’s most reasonably priced electric scooter.
Coming up with a colourful LCD display
A brand-new colourful LCD display with sections has been designed for the 450S e-scooter and will provide essential rider information. The display’s centre part provides information on the speedometer and battery life; the left segment shows the odometer reading; and the right side shows the rider the EV’s ride mode options. The 450S may have various ride modes for optimum performance or efficiency, according to the right side.

Battery, range and top speed
A smaller 3kWh battery pack, which might provide a real-world range estimate of 115 kmph and a top speed of 90 kmph, is anticipated to power the Ather 450S. Even though Ather would undoubtedly benefit from the new no-touch LCD display, the 450S is still anticipated to cost roughly Rs 1.30 lakh ex-showroom (without state subsidies).
