Auto Expo 2023: The new generation Carnival MPV, codenamed KA4, has been unveiled by Korean automaker Kia’s Indian arm. It is like the version that is sold in global markets right now. The new MPV is bigger and can fit up to 11 people. It has more space inside and more seating options. The MPV’s design and the features it offers have also been updated. The official price of Kia’s new MPV is expected to be announced soon.

The luxury MPV has had one small makeover in the last three years. The Carnival 2023, also known as the KA4, is the fourth generation of MPVs. It comes with features and technologies like two sunroofs, multiple Bluetooth connections, and a rear occupant alert.
The Kia KA4 also has the Advanced Driver Assistance System. Some of the features are Remote Smart Parking Assist, Lane Following Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), and Blind-Spot Avoidance Assist (BCA), among others. Kia also offers wireless charging, a steering wheel that can do more than one thing, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

Kia has also showcased the EV9 Concept along with the KA4. In November 2021, the electric SUV idea was first shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The EV9 Concept is 4,930 mm long, 2,055 mm wide, and 1,790 mm tall, and the distance between its wheels is 3,100 mm. Like the Kia EV6, the EV9 Concept is built on an all-electric platform.
The car will hit the global market in the first quarter of 2023. Kia has not disclosed information regarding whether or not the EV9 will be available on the Indian market as of this moment.
