Bajaj Pulsar P150 vs TVS Apache RTR 160 2V: The two Indian manufacturers who have been competing in the 150cc-160cc segment for years are TVS and Bajaj. Despite being in production for almost two decades, TVS still sees enough demand for the Apache RTR 160 2V to justify a thorough modification. The timing of the aforementioned changes couldn’t have been better, too, since a brand-new 150cc Pulsar that is the greatest Bajaj has ever produced poses a serious threat.

A brand-new 149.68 cc engine with a peak torque output of 13.5 Nm at 6,000 rpm and 14.3 horsepower at 8,500 rpm powers the Pulsar P150. With 15.82 horsepower at 8,750 rpm and a maximum torque output of 13.85 Nm at 7,000 rpm, the Apache RTR 160 2V does have more power. A 5-speed gearbox is standard with both engines.
Both have attractive look
The Pulsar P150 borrows its aesthetics from the Pulsar N160, which was also introduced this year. With only one projector configuration, which is now an LED arrangement, the remainder of the design is strong. The Apache has a muscular appearance that will appeal to young people as well as LED lights. However, the design appears extremely dated when compared to the Pulsar P150 because it hasn’t been updated in a very long time.
Here are some features that you should know
The Apache RTR 160 2V from TVS, which is known for packing a lot of goodies into its motorcycles, is no exception. A digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity with navigation support, riding modes, and many more amenities are included. Only the USB charging port and semi-digital instrument cluster are the Pulsar P150’s standout features on the feature list.
