Know about the engine and powertrain

A brand-new 440cc, 2-valve, air-oil-cooled single-cylinder engine powers the roadster. This engine produces 38Nm at 4000 rpm and 28PS at 6000 rpm. Surprisingly, the manufacturer claims that 90% of the torque is usable at 2000 rpm. While Royal Enfield has designed the Himalayan 450 as an upgrade for riders who want their adventure motorcycles to perform better. The 450cc liquid-cooled engine for this ADV will be constructed on a new platform. The Himalayan’s engine will produce about 40 horsepower, but it will have more low and midrange torque.

Here are the features

The Harley-Davidson X440 takes design cues from the iconic Harley-Davidson XR1200 and sports a distinctly retro aesthetic. Its design has a retro-inspired circular LED headlamp and a modern, slim LED daytime running light strip with the engraved “Harley-Davidson” insignia. Full LED illumination is also included with the motorcycle as standard equipment. The Himalayan 450, however, receives a completely new design language, which it does in a sense. But if you pay close attention, you can detect certain references to the Himalayan 411. The circular headlight also has a Himalayan appearance. And now, if you look at the spoke wheels, they match those on the oil-cooled Himalayan exactly. In fact, the Himalayan 450 also has wheels that are 21 inches in front and 17 inches on the back.
