Hero MotoCorp announced that the company has expanded the sales and service touch points for Harley-Davidson in India.
The American bike maker partnered with Hero MotoCorp last year to continue its operations in India, and the Indian two-wheeler giant is responsible for setting up the sales and service network for Harley-Davidson in this new innings.
Hero MotoCorp now has an expanded network of 14 full-fledged dealerships along with 7 authorized service centers across the country, which are exclusively for Harley-Davidson customers.
The company has announced that bookings for the next lot of the Pan America 1250 have now begun after the first batch of the ADV was sold out in India.

The Pan America 1250 is available in two variants – Standard and Special, priced from Rs. 16.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). While the Pan America 1250 Special will set you back by Rs 19.99 lakh.
This adventure bike from Harley-Davidson is a direct rival of the BMW R 1250 GS. It is powered by a 1,252cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin engine. It makes 150 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 127 Nm @ 6,750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission via a slipper clutch.
The Pan America 1250 Special comes equipped with semi-active suspension with vehicle load control, tyre pressure monitoring system, centre stand, adjustable rear brake pedal, aluminium skid plate, heated grips, steering damper, adaptive ride height and spoked wheels shod with tubeless tyres.
Meanwhile, Hero MotoCorp said Sportster S will be the next model of the brand to be launched in India towards the end of the year. Bookings for all the 13 existing models and the Sportster S are currently open.
