Honda Cars India: Two new model launches have been scheduled by Honda Cars India for the upcoming month. The company’s brand-new mid-size SUV will make its debut by the middle of 2023, while the updated City sedan will hit dealerships on March 2nd. There will be minimal interior and exterior changes to the Honda City facelift. It will compete with the brand-new Hyundai Verna, which goes on sale in May 2023. The new Honda SUV will be a response to the Hyundai Creta, which is rumoured to debut during the holiday season this year. Honda City Facelift 2023
The new City sedan will have some minor aesthetic adjustments and feature upgrades, as was already mentioned. The automaker will increase the number of models available by adding a new entry-level trim with a petrol-hybrid drivetrain.

Currently, the top-spec trim that comes with the hybrid setup is significantly more expensive than the regular petrol variants. Both a 126 bhp, 1.5 L, 4-cylinder Atkinson Cycle hybrid and a 121 bhp, 1.5 L petrol engine will be available for the 2023 Honda City facelift. The available transmissions will be a 6-speed manual, CVT, and eCVT (with hybrid only). Both motors should comply with RDE and E20 regulations.

The modified Amaze platform will serve as the foundation for the new Honda SUV, which will share some of its design cues with the global CR-V and HR-V SUVs from Honda.
