Hyundai safety features: The safety features of its vehicles have been improved by Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL). All seats in the lineup now come with 3-point seatbelts and safety alerts. On Venue and higher models, including the N Line series (i20 and Venue), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), and Hill Assist Control (HAC) will also come as standard features. The Creta, Ioniq 5, and Alcazar all come standard with six airbags. The Venue previously came standard with 4 airbags, but the Tushaw and Kona Electric were both available with 6 airbags.

In addition, the Grand i10 Nios and Aura now come with 4 airbags as standard equipment, a safety measure that is new to this market. In addition, the Verna, the company’s most recent model, comes standard with 6 airbags. Numerous updated active and passive safety systems, such as Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC), and rear disc brakes, were added to the Hyundai Creta and Alcazar.

In addition, Hyundai offers the ADAS feature in three of its models: the Verna, the Ioniq 5, and the Tucson. When they are released the following year, the facelifted versions of the Creta and Alcazar are anticipated to include ADAS as well.

The Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motor India, Tarun Garg, commented on this by saying, “Customer safety is our first priority and we have been a pioneer in the standardisation of safety features. At Hyundai, we work hard to raise the safety standards for all of our products. We are dedicated to setting higher standards, thus we have upgraded our complete model lineup to include 3-point seatbelts and seatbelt reminders for all seats as a standard offering. This is in accordance with the Government of India’s order. We are certain that the standardised use of safety features would better protect our clients.
