Kia Seltos Facelift: Kia Seltos has been on sale in India since 2019, and its facelifted model will be available globally from mid-2022. Kia Seltos Facelift: Sunroof
Since its launch, the Seltos was only available with a single-panel sunroof in India, but now it comes with a panoramic sunroof. Notably, the Seltos’ cousin, the Hyundai Creta, comes with a panoramic sunroof when it launches its second generation in 2020. Once launched, the Seltos will become the fifth mid-size SUV with a panoramic sunroof after the Creta , Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder and MG Astor.
Know about the design
The upcoming Seltos facelift will get an updated grille and new headlights. The LED daytime running lights still work against the grille, but are now slightly lower than before. Not much has changed in the profile, apart from the new design of the alloy wheels.Be that as it may, the Seltos’ raise gets the foremost overhauls. It gets a unused set of tail-lamps joined together by an Driven lightbar, which too houses the Kia identification. The current model’s tail-lamps are associated by a chrome strip. The tailgate has too been overhauled and presently houses a greater space for the number plate.
Know about the interior and feature
Under the hood, the Seltos facelift replaces the existing 115 PS, 144 Nm, 1.5-litre petrol engine and 116 PS, 250 Nm, 1.5-litre turbodiesel. Kia should also reuse the turbo petrol engine in the Selta, albeit with a 160 hp, 253 Nm 1.5-liter instead of the 140 hp, 242 Nm, 1.4-liter mill. The new turbo petrol engine could be mated to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission and a 6-speed iMT.

When launched this year, the Seltos will continue to compete with the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, MG Astor, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq and the upcoming Honda Elevate and Citroen C3 Aircross.
