LML Star Electric Scooter: The company is looking for customers who want what it calls “niche” and “ultra-premium” products, according to the company, redefine the strengths of electric vehicles.
LML wants to come back to the Indian market, but this time as an electric car. The company has signed up 50 shops all over the country. In November 2022, the company started looking for people to become dealers.
The plan for the growth is based on the DODO model
It says this is the start of the first step of retail expansion before the LML Star is released. The plan for the growth is based on the DODO model, which stands for “Dealer Owned Dealer Operated.” In this model, the dealer owns and runs the LML Retail and Experience centre. It wants to have more than 100 LML stores all over the country by the second quarter of FY2024.

Aims to build strong relationships with sellers
It has also just started a dedicated dealership programme that aims to build strong relationships with sellers and train them to meet industry standards so that they can provide standardised services that make customers happy. Under the partnership, dedicated mentors have been hired in each area to give a lot of help on the ground and keep up networks that will help with marketing efforts.
Dr. Yogesh Bhatia, the MD and CEO of LML, said, “The EV industry has grown a lot and will continue to do so in the future.” Electric vehicles are one choice that is good for the environment and stops climate change. At LML, we want to speed up the EV revolution by bringing on the right dealers who share our goal of making EVs mainstream in India.
