Mahindra Scorpio N: The fastest production vehicle to cross Australia’s Simpson Desert was officially declared to be Mahindra Scorpio N, the most well-known SUV in India.
In order to break the previous record for the “Fastest crossing by a production vehicle of the Simpson Desert,” a team of two drivers operated the Scorpio.

Australia’s 385 km long Simpson Desert passed through by the Mahindra Scorpio-N in just 13 hours, breaking previous records in the process. Professional drivers Gene Corbett and Ben Robinson led the record-breaking desert run, assisted by a group of photographers and videographers who captured the entire achievement.

Mahindra Australia has also received congratulations from the Australian High Commission in India for beating the Simpson record. Mahindra hopes that the Scorpio’s success will highlight the SUV’s excellent capability and dependable performance. Scorpio was introduced in April in Australia.
