Mahindra: Mahindra & Mahindra’s Chief Design Officer, Pratap Bose, teased an upcoming SUV with a photo posted to his social media accounts. Despite being completely wrapped in black cloth in the teaser photograph, some of the SUV’s design features are visible. It appears to be slightly shorter than the XUV700 in length, at just over four metres overall.
It might be a midsize five-seater SUV that competes in the very competitive segment against the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Volkswagen Tiguan, and Skoda Kushaq. also, It could replace the XUV500 and be positioned above the XUV300 small SUV. However, It would have futuristic styling. If that is the case, it might be supported by a monocoque chassis.

What we could see in the image
It resembles the Born Electric range of ideas from earlier this year due to its flared rear fender, razor-sharp character line, sloped front windscreen, slightly angular roofline, and sculpted boot lid. It is also unclear if it will be a more subdued version of the soon-to-be-released skateboard platform pure EV or not.
However, the teaser image definitely displays a fundamentally different design concept, raising the possibility that it is the second generation XUV500. We could have to deal with yet another futuristic idea. We might need to hold off and see.
Mahindra at Auto Expo 2023
Mahindra won’t attend the January 2023 Auto Expo, but the company is attempting to draw attention by showcasing something unique at a different event. We could soon get the answers. The likelihood of a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol and a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine powering the next-generation XUV500 is high.
