Maruti Suzuki Jimny: The redesigned Jimny SUV, which Maruti Suzuki initially unveiled at the Auto Expo, will go on sale in June 2023. 25,000 reservations have recently been made for the new Jimny by Maruti. Jimny 5-door SUV production has now begun in the nation by the manufacturer. It will face off against the market leader Mahindra Thar.

In contrast to Maruti Suzuki’s new Jimny 5-door, the Jimny sold abroad has three doors and is also made in India. It is noteworthy that customers in the nation prefer large and SUV-styled vehicles, therefore, the corporation has produced its products in accordance with consumer preferences. The Jimny entering the Indian market is larger than the 3-door variant and will have a spacious cabin thanks to the longer wheelbase.

The Indian-spec 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine in the Suzuki Jimny generates 104 Hp and 134 Nm of torque. You have the option of a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Jimny has a low-range transfer case and can drive all four wheels.
