Matter Aera EV Bike: In a month, Gujarat-based Matter received 40,000 pre-orders for the Aera, its first electric bicycle. After its announcement on March 1, the e-bike’s pre-orders began on May 17. The first geared electric motorcycle in India is what distinguishes Aera. Both the manufacturer’s official website and Flipkart are presently taking reservations. Aera’s pre-booked customers will receive their deliveries first.
Battery pack and speed
The Aera will currently be offered in two variations: 5,000 and 5,000+. The battery pack and electric motor are identical in both. It has a 10 kW power rating and can accelerate from a complete stop to 60 kmph in less than six seconds. The 5 kWh battery pack’s stated range is rated at 125 kilometres. Speaking of batteries, they may be recharged in five hours, or under two hours if a fast charger is used. Additionally, it is liquid-cooled and IP67 rated.
Matter Aera EV Bike: It is the best electric bike with Manual gearbox
A 4-speed manual transmission and four riding modes are included with both models. Both the front and the rear disc brakes serve as the means of stopping the vehicle. Additionally, dual-channel ABS is available. The connected technology is what distinguishes the variants from one another.
