PCX 125 Scooter: PCX is one of Honda’s two-wheeled vehicles that has been a quiet success. Since it came out in 2010, over 140,000 of them have been sold in Europe. Its success is due to a formula that Honda has spent many years perfecting: it has a strong, modern design that fits well with a style-conscious urban lifestyle and small dimensions that make it easy to drive through busy traffic. The sit-in riding position, weather protection, under-seat storage for a full-face helmet, and all-around build quality all contribute to an “X” level of personal comfort (PCX).
PCX has always been popular because it offers great value for money
And don’t forget that the PCX has always been popular because it offers great value for money, both when you buy it and when you own it. In 2010, the PCX was the first two-wheeler in Europe to have Idling Stop technology. Two years later, it was the first scooter in Europe to use Honda’s super-efficient enhanced Smart Power (eSP) engine. It became EURO4-compliant in 2016, and in 2018 it got a major redesign, a new chassis, and a more powerful engine.

It’s a scooter that has always kept up with the times, and in 21YM, it took a big step forward with a new engine and frame, more convenience and comfort, and a bold change to its avant-garde style. It still stays close to the beating heart of two-wheeled travel in Europe. For 23YM, two new colours are both stylish and appropriate addition to the look of the PCX125. The PCX125 stands out and makes a statement of being different.
A lot of storage space under the seats and on the floor
The bodywork also hides a lot of storage space under the seats and on the floor. The glove box has a USB Type-C charger. All of the important information is shown on a “widescreen” instrument display, and the Honda Smart Key can be used to start the car and adjust the seat. Every light is an LED. The improved Smart Power Plus (eSP+) four-valve engine has a power output of 9.2kW, torque output of 11.8Nm, and a fuel economy of 47.6km/l (WMTC mode). It has technology that stops the engine from idling, and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) keeps the rear wheels from slipping. The 31mm telescopic front forks and twin rear shocks are attached to a tubular steel frame that is strong and light.

Four color variants will be available
The following colours will be available for the 23YM PCX125: Matt Suit Blue Metallic, Pearl Jupiter grey, Pearl White Jasmine, Matt Galaxy Black Metallic. The PCX125 has always had a strong character line and a “block” primary paint colour, and the bodywork has always flowed together as a whole from front to back. The front fairing is wide at the top but elegantly narrows at the middle. Together with the blacked-out screen, this gives better wind protection without adding too much bulk. No other scooter looks as futuristic as this one does. It is bold and beautiful. The PCX125 also stands out from the crowd because it has full, high-end LED lighting. The running light on the headlight is made up of 5 thin lines that flash in parallel. It goes with an X-shaped taillight that uses multi-optic technology to create a strong, 3D effect. The seat is shaped to be comfortable for both the rider and the passenger and to make it easy to reach the ground. The seat height is 764mm.
