Hero Maestro Edge
A 110cc scooter in a similar price range is the Hero Maestro Edge. It is a cost-effective, family-friendly scooter that retails for Rs 68,698 (ex-showroom Delhi). The Maestro Edge’s 110.9cc engine produces 8.04 horsepower and 8.7 Nm of torque. A reworked console, LED lighting, an under-seat storage lamp, an external fuel lid, and other amenities have been added to the Maestro by Hero. It has a single rear shock, standard telescopic front forks for suspension, and drum brakes on both ends for stopping.
Bajaj CT125X
The latest commuter motorcycle from Bajaj is the CT125X. It is more expensive at Rs 71,354 (ex-showroom Delhi) than the Platina in the Bajaj lineup. A single-cylinder, 124.4cc motor with a 10.7 horsepower and 11 Nm output rating powers the CT125X. The engine is mounted in a double-cradle chassis with a five-speed gearbox. The CT125X is a compact motorcycle with a robust design. It is suited to daily trips on both smooth and bumpy riding surfaces.
Honda Dio
The Honda Dio has been around for a while and is currently available for Rs 68,352 (ex-showroom Delhi). The Dio has been one of the more sportier-looking scooters offered for sale in India throughout its generation of upgrades. A 109.51cc BS6 engine with 7.65 horsepower and 9 Nm of torque powers it. The Dio is a scooter that handles well and is quite light. It has a fully digital instrument console, an LED headlamp, a side stand indication, and an ACG silent starter. The Honda Dio is available in four different colours.
Honda CD 110 Dream
The Honda CD 110 Dream is another choice if a 110cc motorcycle is more your style. It has an 8.67 horsepower and 9.30 Nm 109.51cc BS6 engine and costs Rs. 70,315 (ex-showroom Delhi). It is coupled to a four-speed transmission. Dual rear springs and telescoping front forks are features that Honda added to the CD 110 Dream. The CD is a dependable commuter. Not to mention that the engine’s economy nicely complements the vehicle’s overall utility.
