Royal Enfield Classic 650: First-ever sightings of the brand-new Royal Enfield Classic 650 during testing have taken place in India. Even though the spy photos are hazy, it is still possible to clearly see the Classic 650’s general outline and design features in these pictures.
Royal Enfield Classic 650 specifications
The same 650cc, oil-cooled, twin-cylinder engine that powers the Interceptor will likely continue to deliver the same 47 horsepower and 52 Nm of torque. To fit the qualities of the Classic, it could have different tunes. In its new form, the Classic will get a 6-speed gearbox for the first time.
Design and Hardware
It appears that Royal Enfield chose not to stray from the tried-and-true design formula because the exterior style is extremely reminiscent of the existing Classic. The fuel tank is contoured like a classic, the spoke wheels are traditional, and the shock absorbers are telescopic.
Additionally, to complement the general appearance of the bike, the Royal Enfield Classic 650 has a set of peashooter exhausts that are just slightly elevated. A relaxed ergonomics and a pleasant riding position are suggested by the motorcycle’s centre-set footpegs and upright handlebar.
Expected price in India
The Royal Enfield Classic 650 is expected to be launched in India in early 2025 with a price tag of Rs 3.30 Lakh.
