With 168 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder Kryotec diesel engine powers the new Harrier. The six-speed manual and torque converter automatic transmissions on this powertrain supply power to the front wheels. However, there are two engine options for the Mahindra MX Series: a 2.0-liter Turbo GDi mStallion petrol engine with 195 horsepower and 380 Nm, or a 2.2-liter Commonrail Turbo diesel mHawk engine with 153 horsepower and 360 Nm. Both engines can only be used with a six-speed manual gearbox.
