Tata Nexon Facelift: Later this year, Tata Motors is anticipated to introduce the updated Nexon. According to the most recent reports, the crossover might be sold in 10 varieties and would make use of a new variant name.

A media rumour claims that the Nexon facelift would abandon its existing variety naming scheme and adopt trim titles that are reminiscent of those for the Tata Punch, which has Pure, Creative, Accomplish, and Dazzle trims.

Tata could choose to provide the Nexon facelift with the brand-new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that was first displayed at the Auto Expo alongside the Curvv ICE concept. Three-cylinder engine with 125 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 225 Nm of torque between 1,700 to 3,500 rpm. The current Nexon is equipped with a 1.2-litre petrol turbocharged engine that produces 120 horsepower and 170 Nm of torque. The SUV will still have a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 260Nm of torque and 115 horsepower.

Features

Although interior images of the new Tata Nexon have not yet been made public, it is anticipated that they will show a revised dashboard and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The same infotainment system that was used in the recently released Harrier and Safari can be used in this vehicle by the manufacturer. In addition to this, more features could be added to it.

Although the new Tata Nexon facelift is now undergoing testing, Tata Motors has not yet provided a launch date. According to media sources, the company can introduce it to the market by the next year.
