Tata Sierra EV: Tata Motors’ Sierra EV SUV concept, which seems nearly ready for production, was on show at the Auto Expo. The electric Tata Sierra SUV idea was presented at the event. It is essentially an updated version of the Sierra EV concept that was shown for the first time at Auto Expo 2020.
The bumpers have been modified
A more streamlined design can be seen up front, but the bumpers have been modified, and the width of the LED daytime running lights has been extended beyond the width of the bonnet. Even with the huge skid plate, it seems to have a more streamlined design and is easier to access. The only obvious modifications to the profile are a side plate that has undergone only minor alterations and doors that open in a conventional manner rather than the sliding door that was present in the original proposal.
It maintains its traditional characteristics of having a flat roofline, large wheel arches, and even the same style of an alloy wheel. However, in comparison to when we first saw it, the shoulder line is now very obvious.

The concept of the steering wheel came from Avinya
On the inside, the story continues in the same manner, extremely close to being ready for production. In the third row, there are now actual seats rather than just a flat bench, and the dashboard has been upgraded to have a graded appearance and a dual-toned finish. The concept of the steering wheel came from Avinya, and if you look carefully, you can also make out a centre tunnel in the design, which was something that was lacking in the original version. The details of the powertrain have been kept a secret by Tata, as they have been in the past, therefore there is not much information available.
On the other hand, we anticipate that it will make use of the Ziptron technology developed by Tata and that it will possibly have a dual-motor configuration that drives all four wheels. However, the passage of time is the only thing that can definitively establish these hypotheses.
