At the 2023 Auto Expo last month in Greater Noida, Tata Motors revealed the Punch CNG and Altroz CNG. They both use the first twin-cylinder technology to be used in India and will both go on sale this year. A big 60L CNG tank has been replaced with two 30L-capacity cylinders that are parallel to one another.
The spare wheel is positioned beneath the boot floor, therefore the revised layout will retain the boot room. The well-known 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine will be used. The Punch CNG can start even in CNG mode, unlike the majority of the reasonably priced CNG vehicles on the market.

Hyundai is anticipated to launch an entirely new vehicle into the mini SUV market later this year. It is expected to be built on a modified version of the Grand i10 Nios chassis and powered by the same 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine used in the Grand i10.
A five-speed manual transmission or an automatic manual transmission will be linked to the engine. The next Hyundai Ai3 has already been observed testing a few times and will take design cues from the Casper marketed in foreign markets for its appearance.
With a wheelbase that is longer than the Casper’s, the Hyundai Ai3 micro SUV will be somewhat longer overall than the Casper at about 3.8 metres. Interior features will be ample and include a touchscreen infotainment system with connected technology, automated climate control, a sunroof, adjustable headrests, several airbags, a layered dashboard, and others.
