Upcoming Electric SUVs: Mahindra & Mahindra unveiled five zero-emission prototypes under two EV brands that anticipated the company’s future product selection. The SUV specialist from the United States wants electric cars to make up one-fourth of its total sales by 2027. From 2024 to 2026, a number of new models are set to hit the market. The BE (Born Electric) will be one of the sub-brands, and the XUV will be the other.
Mahindra’s new INGLO platform has advanced battery technology
The company’s European design studio in the UK will show concepts that follow the new Heartcore design philosophy. They are the XUV.e8, XUV.e9, BE.05, BE.07, and BE.09 models. With the exception of the BE.09, the launch date and size of all the other models are already known. According to them, Mahindra’s new INGLO platform has advanced battery technology, a unique platform design, powerful computing capabilities, and an easy-to-use interface. It will be built on a skateboard with “intuitive, intelligent, and immersive innovations.”

The Mahindra XUV.e8 will be the first car to come out by the end of the next year
The new range of EVs will have a heads-up display with augmented reality, a full-screen display, 5G connectivity, and the ability to get updates wirelessly. This will give drivers a multi-sensory experience. The Mahindra XUV.e8 will be the first car to come out by the end of the following year. It will have an all-wheel drive. It will be 4,740 millimetres long, 1,900 millimetres wide, 1,760 millimetres tall, and have a wheelbase of 2,762 millimetres. By April 2025, the Mahindra XUV.e9 will take its place. The SUV coupe will have new technologies and a panoramic sky roof. It will be 4,790 mm long, 1,905 mm wide, have a 2,775 mm wheelbase, and be 1,690 mm tall overall.

The Mahindra BE.05 will be an electric sports car that comes out in October 2025. It will be 4,370 mm long, 1,900 mm wide, 1,635 mm tall, and have a wheelbase of 2,775 mm. The BE.07 will be on board by October 2026, and it will be 4,565 mm long, 1,900 mm wide, and 1,660 mm tall, with a 2,775 mm wheelbase.
