Dry Parking Area
The First and foremost way to prevent any damage from monsoon is parking your vehicle in a dry area, it doesn’t if it is the basement, a common parking area in your society or your personal parking space, just make sure that your vehicle doesn’t stands in a wet area for long hours, because when an EV comes in contact with water, charging cubes, charging ports can damage or they will need some extra cleaning. So, try to prevent taking your vehicles to dry places.
Use a Waterproof Cover
A Water proof cover for your vehicles prevent any water spill into your vehicle and prevent sensor or any other electronics from damaging with water, thereby it increases your vehicle’s lifespan. You are suggested to use Water-proof covers instead of using water-resistant one as they are not helpful in protecting your vehicle from heavy rains.
