Xiaomi SU7 EV: Renowned smartphone brand, Xiaomi has recently revealed its first ever electric car in the home country. The new Electric car is named SU7 by the brand. Xiaomi has launched the vehicle in 2 versions which include one Lidar variant and a non-Lidar one. It also gets 2 powertrain option which include AWD and RWD variants. Xiaomi SU7: Power
Xiaomi SU7’s RWD variant comes with a single motor placed on the rear axle which produces the massive power of 295 bhp. On the other hand, the AWD variant will be equipped with 296 bhp motor on the front axle and a 368 bhp motors at the rear axle.
Xiaomi has informed that it will also launch some lower trims of the vehicle in furture to make it more affordable. The low-spec variant will get the LFP battery packs sourced from BYD. While, the high spec variants of the electric car will get the NMC battery units sourced from CATL. Xiaomi SU7 has the weight of 1980 kh which reaches upto 2205 kg for the top end models.
Xiaomi SUV7: HyperOS
All models of Xiaomi SU7 will get Hyper OS which is the brand’s newly launched Operating system. It is expected that the Xiaomi SU7 will be compatible with Xiaomi smartphone via HyperOS connectivity features.
