Yamaha R15 V4 Dark Knight: One of its most well-liked motorcycles in India, the YZF-R15 V4, has been overhauled by two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha Motor. The bike now has a “Dark Knight” colour scheme. This model is still available for Rs 1.82 lakh ex-showroom. Red, Blue, and Intensity White colour variations are all offered for this bike. The Yamaha R15 V4 Dark Knight has not undergone any changes other than the colour scheme.

The Yamaha R15 V4 is propelled by a single-cylinder, 155cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces 18.4PS and 14.2Nm. It is connected to a six-speed gearbox with assist and a slipper clutch, and the R15M also receives a similar upgrade. It has two riding modes (Street & Track) and is constructed with a delta box frame that is supported by a 37mm USD front fork and a connected mono-shock at the rear. With standard dual-channel ABS, the 282mm front and 220mm rear discs are used for braking. It is mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels with 140-section tubeless tyres on the back and 100-section tubeless tyres up front. The motorcycle weighs 141 kg (kerb) and has an 11-litre fuel tank.

The R15’s fourth-generation model is crammed with features. It receives an updated front end with a dual-purpose LED headlamp, LED DRLs, LED indicators, and a new digital instrument console with Yamaha’s connectivity app that is inspired by the YZF-R1. The display has two modes (Street and Track), a lap timer, gear position indicator, call/message alerts, mobile battery status, connection status, average fuel efficiency, and last parking location. Additionally, you have access to data on the instantaneous fuel efficiency, intake air temperature, eco indication, degree of throttle opening, and acceleration rate.

The cost of a Yamaha R15 V4 in India ranges from Rs. 1,80,900 to Rs. 1,94,400.
