Apple iPhone features: The abundance of functionality on the iPhone can occasionally be too much for certain users. Apple’s smartphone is loaded with a tonne of helpful features that you might never discover if you weren’t made aware of them. Due of this, we’ve chosen ten fantastic features that both new and seasoned iPhone users should utilise.
Top five Apple iPhone features:
- UNKNOWN CALLERS:
If you’re tired of being interrupted by spammers or unknown callers, you can completely stop all incoming calls from them. Following selecting “Phone” from the Settings menu, scroll down and activate the “Silence Unknown Callers” setting.
Once enabled, any incoming calls from numbers that are not on your contact list will be transferred to voicemail without being answered. You can still see the call-related quiet alerts if your iPhone is unlocked.
2. CONTROL CENTER:
You can quickly access controls for your screen’s brightness, Wi-Fi settings, system volume, and media playback with Control Centre.
To customise the Control Center, open Settings and choose “Control Center.” There, you may change the shortcuts for several Control Center utilities, including the Apple TV remote control, flashlight, timer, calculator, low power mode, and much more. It’s advantageous!

3. DO NOT DISTURB: Using the Do Not Disturb mode, which is a part of the “Focus” feature, is a great method to disable all of your alerts when you don’t want to be distracted. You can schedule it to turn on and off automatically when using Control Center or Settings > Focus, or you may turn it on manually.
When turned on, your iPhone will neither vibrate nor ring when a call comes in nor will you receive any notification alerts. Using the Control Center, you can instantly turn it off at any moment.
4. AIRDROP:
Via AirDrop, you can rapidly send pictures, movies, and other files from your iPhone to anyone with Apple devices that are close by. The AirDrop option can be found in the sharing menu, and it works locally over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
To use it, open the Share sheet in almost any app by tapping the square with the arrow coming out of it, then select the AirDrop icon, which looks like a group of concentric circles with a wedge cut out of it. Your files will be wirelessly sent to the other device once you’ve chosen the recipient.
When you get the hang of utilising AirDrop, which needs to be enabled and properly configured on both devices, you’ll wonder why moving data across devices hasn’t been made as simple as that.
5. LOW POWER MODE:
If you find that your battery runs out of juice before the day is finished, you can extend its life by switching to Low Power Mode. When your iPhone is in Low Power Mode, background processes are disabled, screen brightness is decreased, and the screen dims more quickly when it is inactive.
Turn on “Low Power Mode,” navigate to “Settings,” tap “Battery,” and then launch the programme. You may also designate a Control Center shortcut to make switching between High and Low Power Modes simple.
