The Platina 100 is equipped with twin shock absorbers and telescopic forks to support its 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends. For improved riding quality, Bajaj’s Comfortec suspension technology is included. The ES variant comes standard with a front disc brake, but both ends have drum brakes for braking. In contrast, the CB Shine is equipped with 18-inch wheels and a traditional suspension system with rear preload adjustment. There is either a front disc brake or a front drum brake is available for the CB Shine. For both, a combined braking system (CBS) is standard equipment and an option.
