Hero MotoCorp India: The Hero Splendor, one of the country’s best-selling motorcycles, will be more expensive starting next month. The manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, plans to raise the prices of practically all of its motorcycles, not only the Splendor. This increase in pricing can be up to 2 percent.
According to Hero MotoCorp, pollution emission rules for all vehicles will change on April 1. More strict standards related to BS-6 are going to be implemented. Owing to this, the cost of the company has climbed a lot and it is being compelled to pass some of its burden on the customers.
What will be the increase in prices?
Hero MotoCorp says that the increase in prices will depend on the models and market area of the bikes. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of bikes will be increased by up to 2%. However, the company has assured its customers that it will provide unique finance solutions along with increasing the prices.

OBD-II requirements were recently made required for vehicles and trucks. Whereas now it is being implemented for 2-wheelers.
