Powertrain details
With the introduction of the new Honda SP125, the company has now produced an engine that meets RDE fuel regulations, BS6 Phase 2 and OBD2 standards. The bike has an AGS starter motor and the manufacturer’s 125cc ESP fuel injection engine. The motorcycle’s engine comes with a 5-speed gearbox.
A 124.7cc, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that complies with BS6.2 and produces 10.84PS at 7500 rpm and 10.7Nm at 6000 rpm powers the Hero Glamour Xtec. A 5-speed gearbox is connected to the motor.
Features
The 2023 Honda SP125 boasts a fully digital fuel metre with features including real-time fuel efficiency, average fuel efficiency, remaining fuel capacity, ECO indicator, gear position indicator and service-due reminder. Additional features include a headlamp beam, a passing switch, an engine start/stop switch, and an LED headlamp. There is also an integrated braking system available for the new bike.
The bike has a fully digital instrument that can be used to display call and SMS notifications in addition to standard information like speed and odometer readings. It also shows real-time mileage and can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. Turn-by-turn navigation support is also included with the instrument. It also has a USB charging port, an LED headlamp, and features like a bank-angle sensor that turns off the engine in the event that the bike tips over and a side-stand engine cut-off.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the 2023 SP125, which retails for Rs 85,131 ex-showroom.
The Glamour Xtec Drum Brake, which costs Rs. 87,748; and the Glamour Xtec Disc Brake, which costs Rs. 92,348; are the two versions of the bike that are offered.
