Hyundai Casper EV: All we know so far
Design details
In Australia, two Casper EV test mules have been seen using heavy camouflage. The exterior profile of the Casper EV and the Casper powered by ICE are almost identical. The sleek LED DRLs, sporty alloy wheels, C-pillar mounted rear door handles, functional roof rails, circular headlamps, and parametric pixel patterns on the LED light signatures at the front and back are a few of the standout elements.
Expected powertrain details
According to rumours, the Hyundai Casper EV may have a somewhat longer wheelbase than the petrol-powered model—possibly by 250 mm—to accommodate a larger battery pack and more interior space.
The Casper EV’s advanced battery pack is anticipated to give it a range of about 320 km, which makes it perfect for short road trips and city commutes.
Expected features onboard
It’s likely that the majority of the interior elements are carried over from the Casper. But there are also some improvements, such as a bigger instrument console and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. A tiny driver display and an 8-inch touchscreen are included with the petrol model. Heated seats, leather upholstery, a single-pane sunroof, a fully automatic air conditioner, a high-pass system, mood lighting, and a Blue Link communication suite are some of the Casper EV’s other notable features.
