Mahindra Thar Earth Edition launched in India for THIS much, boasts an all-new colour, Check Out

Mahindra Thar Earth Edition: Mahindra has introduced the Thar, a new iteration of their well-liked SUV. The Thar Desert serves as the inspiration for the new Mahindra Thar Earth Edition, which has a distinctive Desert Fury satin matte paint job. The Thar Earth Edition will retail for between Rs 15.40 lakh and Rs 17.60 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be offered in four LX Hard Top 4×4 model variations. Mahindra Thar Earth Edition design details

The Mahindra Thar Earth Edition has two unique features: unique “Earth Edition” emblems on the B-pillars and rear fenders, as well as a unique matte paint tone called “Desert Fury” by the manufacturer.
According to Mahindra, every Thar Earth Edition will come with an interior vehicle identification plate that is numbered from “1” inward. Although Mahindra has not stated whether this unique edition of the Thar would be manufactured in limited quantities, this is standard procedure for limited-edition models.

Interior and Features

Similar interior colour palette is seen in the Mahindra Thar Earth Edition, with dual-toned black and beige leatherette upholstery. The SUV’s headrest features line art that resembles sand dunes, continuing the motif of the desert. The Mahindra logo on the steering wheel, cupholders, gear knob, and gear console are among the components with a dark chrome finish.

Powertrain details

Both petrol and diesel variants of the Thar Earth Edition are offered. A 2.0-litre petrol engine that generates 150 BHP and 300–320 Nm and a 2.2-litre diesel engine that produces 130 BHP and 300 Nm are 2 of them. Six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmissions are available for both engines.

Mahindra Thar Earth Edition Price details

The Earth Edition Petrol MT costs Rs 15.40 lakh, while the AT variant costs Rs 16.99 lakh. All given prices are ex-showroom. The Diesel MT variant costs Rs 16.15 lakh, while the AT option costs Rs 17.40 lakh.
