All about the Mclaren Electric Scooter

It is known as Series 1. The scooter weighs 36 pounds and is built out of automotive-grade magnesium (16.5 kilograms). It has an electric range of 31 miles (50 kilometres) and a two-hour charge time using a domestic three-pin outlet. The scooter has a revolutionary Flowfold system that, at the push of a button, collapses the stem and folds the front and back wheel hinges for simple storage.

The scooter has a “ground-breaking lighting system” that uses a rear-mounted light to spotlight the rider and increase their visibility to oncoming traffic and pedestrians. While a front lighting system illuminates the road ahead, Lavoie designed the scooter with floodlights on the sides to make it seem physically larger and easier to see to other vehicles. Additionally, it has an integrated display panel and turns signals that can be operated from the handlebars.

Series 1 App

Lavoie combines a mobile app with the Series 1. This function enables the user to track and locate the scooter and, if necessary, sound a loud alarm to act as a warning. The software has extra capabilities like customisation, detailed stats, and turn-by-turn navigation—almost like a genuine McLaren. Also, The app can notify Lavoie’s support team if something goes wrong with the scooter, and they will then inform the owner of the issue and how to fix it.
