MG Comet EV : MG has started delivering MG Comet EV. MG Comet EV is the lowest priced car launched by MG in Indian markets. MG Comet was launched in the market in April while the booking of the car started with an amount of 11 thousand on 15th May. MG claims Comet EV will run with the cost of only 500 for a month
Comet EV is loaded with a 17.3 Kwh battery which will give a range of around 230 km in a full charge. This EV supports 3.3 kw AC charge which fully charges it in the time duration of 7 hours and charging the EV from 10 -80 percent takes around 5 hours. MG has used rear excel mounted electric motor in the EV which gives it a power of 42 PS and a peak torque of 110 Nm. Company claims that charging the Comet EV will only cost 500 for a month.
