MG ZS EV: Aesthetic upgrades, extraordinary features and larger battery back up make this vehicle a must buy in its segment

MG ZS EV: India received the ZS EV for the first time in 2020. The automaker updated the ZS EV in 2022 with aesthetic upgrades, more features, and a larger battery pack. The ZS EV has a 50.2 kWh battery pack, which increases its stated range to 461 kilometers. It has a single electric motor mounted on the front axle that generates 176 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque.

The most expensive model of the SUV, which costs over Rs 25 lakh, is undoubtedly on the pricey side. The ZS EV, on the other hand, justifies the price with its well-appointed interiors, an abundance of amenities, and a respectable real-world range. Customers who are prepared to part with some accessories can opt for the less expensive Excite model, which comes with the same battery pack and, thus, the same range. In the EV SUV market, the MG ZS EV has always been a sensible option, and the facelift hasn’t changed that. If you’re looking for a city-friendly EV that you can use for sporadic weekend drives, the ZS EV is a solid choice.
