At the parade in Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar borrowed a Royal Enfield Bullet from one of the commanders and rode it across a field. He rode the Bullet, which had an Indian map on it. He most likely impromptu took the motorcycle from the acrobatics team there and then. No prior plan existed to carry it out.
Majority of ministers today prefer to be driven around
The majority of Indian chief ministers never drive themselves. Due to security concerns, a driver usually follows a minister around. No minister also uses a motorcycle on public streets.
