Google Maps Immersive view

Google Maps Immersive view: Google Maps is one of the greatest and most popular programmes available, with features such as real-time routing, live traffic updates, and more. When you believe the service can’t get much better, Google comes up with new and impressive methods to improve it with some cool additions. Immersive View is one such feature that was just added to Google Maps. This feature, as the name implies, provides an immersive view to obtain a better, more detailed look at a certain location on Google Maps.

You can now virtually tour a specific location

The ability to virtually tour a specific location may make it much easier for you to decide where to go before you travel. In case you’re curious, the function creates 3D maps using computer vision and AI. It’s not quite ready for prime time yet, so you won’t be able to receive an Immersive View of every city or place. Google, on the other hand, currently provides a 3D image of various regions and towns throughout the world, including London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and others. Fortunately, you may utilise this tool to view those specific venues even if they aren’t available in your city.

How to use this Google Maps Immersive view?

Launch Google Maps. Look for a city, route, or specific point of interest (POI) that supports the Immersive View. Tap the icon of the landmark (in this case, Buckingham Palace) and then select the Immersive View card below.

View for particular locations

Google Maps will then load the Immersive View for that specific place for you, allowing you to engage and explore. You can zoom in and out, move the map around with a double-tap, and do other things. Many sites will even display a bubble with a circular arrow indicator, allowing you to see a 360-degree perspective of the region in Street perspective.
