According to reports, the base iQoo Neo 9 will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. On the other hand, it is anticipated that the iQoo Neo 9 Pro would come with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of onboard storage.
