Xiaomi 13 Ultra vs Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra: Display
The 6.8-inch QHD+ (1440 x 3088 pixels) LTPO Super AMOLED display on the S23 Ultra has a pixel density of 500 ppi. The display has an adjustable refresh rate that can scale from 1Hz to 120Hz. Additionally, the Samsung S23 Ultra supports HDR10+ and has a 1,750 nit maximum brightness.
A 6.73-inch 2K (3200 x 1440 pixels) AMOLED LTPO AMOLED display is included on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Additionally, the screen has an adaptable refresh rate that ranges from 1Hz to 120Hz. The screen is Dolby Vision and HDR10+ compatible and sports a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra vs Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra: Performance
Both flagship devices run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while Samsung employs a variant of the CPU dubbed Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy that has a little bit faster clock speeds than the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. However, Xiaomi employs LPDDR5X RAM on the S23 Ultra instead of LPDDR5 RAM. Additionally, Xiaomi upgrades the 13 Ultra’s cooling system.
Price and availability
The base 12GB/256GB variant of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra costs 5,999 CNY, or around Rs 71,500. The prices for the 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB models are CNY 6,499 (about Rs 77,555) and CNY 7,299 (approximately Rs 87,000), respectively. The 12GB/256GB option of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is available in India for a starting price of Rs 1,24,999.
Additionally, the 12GB/512GB and 12GB/1TB versions of the Galaxy S23 Ultra are available for Rs 1,34,999 and Rs 1,54,999, respectively. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra India’s availability hasn’t been verified as of yet, but if it does, the phone’s starting price could be more than Rs 80,000.
