Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE: With 8000mAh battery and Snapdragon 680 SoC processor, this tablet is expected to launch soon

Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE: The Redmi Pad SE of Xiaomi is likely to launch soon. The tablet with a metallic build is depicted in three different colour variations in the leaked renderings. According to reports, the Redmi Pad SE has a 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage system powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC. Quad speakers that support Dolby Atmos are rumoured to be included, and it is expected to have a 90Hz refresh rate display. A battery with an 8,000mAh capacity and 10W rapid charging capability is anticipated to power it. The new tablet may replace the Redmi Pad, which was introduced in October of last year.

Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE: Display and processor

The Redmi Pad SE reportedly has an 11-inch (1,200×1,920-pixel) LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 400 nits of peak brightness, and a pixel density of 207ppi. According to reports, it runs on MIUI 14, an Android 13-based operating system. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC is anticipated to power the tablet, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Redmi Pad SE is rumoured to include a single, f/2.0-aperture, 8-megapixel rear camera. There might be a 5-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls. According to reports, it has four speakers that can support Dolby Atmos.

Connectivity and other specs

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are reportedly among the available connectivity choices. An accelerometer, a hall sensor, and an ambient light sensor might be present. However, it’s possible that the tablet won’t have a fingerprint scanner. It’s likely to have the Face unlock feature. Redmi Stylus inputs could also be supported on the tablet.

A battery capacity of 8,000mAh and 10W charging capability are expected to be included in the Redmi Pad SE. Upto 21 hours of video viewing and 12 hours of nonstop gaming are claimed to be possible on this battery. It may weigh 478 grammes and have dimensions of 255.53 x 167.08 x 7.36 millimetres.
