Honda Dio H-Smart: Honda has disclosed that the ex-showroom Delhi price of the forthcoming Dio H-Smart will be Rs 77,712. After the Activa 6G H-Smart and the Activa 125 H-Smart, it will be the third scooter in the Honda portfolio to include the H-Smart technology. A week ago, information on the Honda Dio H-Smart’s new features was leaked online that it will include keyless entry and a key fob. The new Dio should have features similar to the Activa 6G H-Smart, including the ability to locate the bike from up to 10 metres away and unlock the handle, fuel lid, and seat from up to two metres away.

Brakes and suspension
The scooter has a normal telescopic fork and larger 12-inch steel wheels up front. It uses a 10-inch rear wheel and a monoshock with a three-step preload adjustment at the back. With CBS, it receives 130mm drum brakes. Both the H-Smart version and the Sports edition have alloy wheels.
Honda Dio H-Smart: Engine and powertrain
The Dio has the same 109.51cc air-cooled, BS6.2-compliant engine as the Honda Activa 6G, but with a slightly modified tune that produces 7.76PS at 8000 rpm and 9Nm at 4750 rpm. The Dio H-Smart has the same engine and complies with BS6.2 and OBD2 standards.
Know about the features
It has the same features as the Honda Activa 6G, including friction reduction technology, tumble flow, and a silent starter. The scooter also includes a front pocket for additional storage, a side-stand signal with engine shut-off functionality, and an external fuel filler cap. It also has a newly built, fully digital instrument cluster that, in addition to the usual wealth of data, now displays real-time and average miles.
