iPhone 14: Despite a general slowdown in the smartphone market, Apple does not anticipate a decline in iPhone sales in 2022, according to Bloomberg. The Cupertino company has asked suppliers to produce 90 million iPhone 14 models, which is comparable to the production of iPhone 13 during the same time period last year. The company anticipates that there will be strong demand for the iPhone.
In total, Apple anticipates producing 220 million iPhones in 2022, which is on par with production in 2021. According to sources who talked with Bloomberg, Apple is able to survive a decline in the smartphone market because its customer base is still willing to shell out cash for high-end products.
Before 2021, Apple produced about 75 million units for the introduction of new iPhone models. As the business anticipated strong demand for the iPhone 13 models, that number was increased to 90 million in 2021, and Apple is maintaining that target level for 2022.

The ordinary iPhone 14 models aren’t expected to undergo many changes, but the more expensive iPhone 14 Pro models will have a new notchless design (with pill-shaped and hole-punch camera cutouts), an improved 48-megapixel camera, a quicker A16 CPU, an always-on display, and other features.
Demand oof iPhone 14 Pro:
According to recent reports, the iPhone 14 Pro models may start off more expensively than the iPhone 13 Pro models, which would raise the average selling price of iPhones by 2022. However, Apple CFO Luca Maestri stated during the company’s second quarter earnings call that revenue growth is anticipated to accelerate in the September quarter and supply constraints are anticipated to be less severe than they were in the June quarter. Apple has not provided revenue guidance since 2020.
