NIIT Technologies Limited, a global IT solutions and services organization, on Monday said that the company has will now be operating Coforge Limited with a newly designed logo. The rebranding procedure has come after the brand changed its ownership last year to Baring Private Equity Asia.
According to the company, the renaming exercise reflects both the evolution of the company along with its future vision.
Sudhir Singh, chief executive officer, Coforge, said, “We have charted a high growth and change trajectory for the firm in recent years and are today one of the fastest growing IT services firms in the industry. We are delighted to introduce a new name and brand identity that symbolises this transition. Coforge stands for working together to create lasting value. The name reflects the deep employee and client centricity ingrained within our firm’s culture.”
The mid-tier IT firm said that the word ‘Coforge’ means to work together and create lasting values. The brand’s new logo, manual and other designs were developed by company’s marketing, digital and creative team internanally, the company said.
“Our 11,000 technology and process consultants engineer, design, consult, operate and modernize systems across the world and we are one of the fastest growing IT services firms in the world. In keeping with the growth of and changes within our firm, we’ve now decided to change our name and assume a new one – Coforge,” said Singh.
The company has also launched a new website which will most knowingly feature company’s renewed technology, operations and consulting capabilities.
Over the next six months, the company will focus to ensure employee safety and business continuity for client’s business. The company will also invest into healthcare system.
