Nothing Phone (1): In India, the Nothing Phone (1) recently made its debut. The brand-new smartphone is also available for preorder. The delivery of the phone has taken longer than expected, though. The smartphone manufacturer blamed the difficult assembly process for it.
The Nothing Phone (1) generated a lot of buzz when it first debuted in India. The requirements and design drew in the buyers. Many folks made reservations in advance. However, things have altered as a result of the company’s delivery issues.
Bookings were made before the phone’s official release. Additionally, the company had guaranteed that customers who had reserved phones in advance would get them first. Pre-bookings surged as a result, although the delivery has since been delayed.
The CEO of the company, Manu Sharma, made the decision to handle the shipping issue alone. Customers were informed that the white model would come on August 3 of this year and that the majority of their orders would arrive by the weekend. Sharma expressed regret to the customers and said that the assembly problems and increasing output were to blame for the delay. He asserted that the phone’s rear panel is not a straightforward design. It is challenging to assemble because to its many pieces.

Sharma further stated that consumers who had previously pre-ordered the Nothing Phone (1) but were unable to purchase the charger at the discounted rate of Rs. 1499 will soon be allowed to do so. To make it simple for these clients to purchase the charger by EOD, the company is resolving the technical issue.
The phone will thereafter be sold, and that date is July 30. Customers of HDFC Bank are eligible for an immediate reduction of Rs. 2,000 off the phone’s cost.
The phone is available in three variants:
- Model with 8GB RAM and 12GB storage – Price Rs. 32,999
- Model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage – Price Rs. 35,999
- Model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage – Price Rs. 38,999
