The digital payments platform, PhonePe, has released a new awareness campaign. The campaign launched on the occasion of Dussehra, the campaign aims to generate awareness regarding how to make digital payments safe. It focuses on teaching customers explore the simplest measures which are required while performing online transactions.
Bases on Dussehra’s theme pf triumph of good over evil, the campaign shows ten faces of Ravana as a symbol of ten payment frauds. The campaign has been formed in 10 short 15-second animated videos which focuses on educating customers about the different ways in which they can be fooled by the fraudsters.
It makes people aware of even the simplest ways to keep money safe such as how and on which platforms should KYC be performed and how QR scan works among others.
