The motorcycle receives an all-LED headlamp that appears to have been taken from the Super Meteor 650. The new model may weigh less than the present Himalayan, which has a kerb weight of 199 kg. It has a brand-new split-seat design that appears to be properly shaped and firmly cushioned, which is advantageous for prolonged saddle time. The new Himalayan 450 will face competition from the BMW G 310 GS and KTM 390 Adventure.
