Tata Nexon Facelift: The Nexon SUV from Tata Motors is now one of the best-selling models, but it hasn’t seen any updates in a while. Despite the company’s lack of information, plans are being made to provide the Nexon facelift in this circumstance.
A fresh teaser has also been shared on social media by Tata Motors. Moreover, the Nexon makeover has also been seen testing previously. Its design has undergone some recent changes, and information regarding the new gearbox has also surfaced.
Know about the futuristic look
The Curve design idea will serve as the basis for the Tata Nexon facelift’s aesthetic. Its front portion will receive a new design, and its bumper will be equipped with an LED light bar and headlamp. It is possible to add brand-new alloy wheels to it.
Sequencing turn indicators and LED taillights in the style of a safari will be added to the back. On the other hand, the Nexon’s seats are purple while its centre console and dashboard are black. A new two-spoke steering wheel is also included.
Tata Nexon Facelift: Engine and other features
A 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a 7-inch instrument cluster, heated front seats, a built-in air purifier, and a 360-degree camera may all be added to the Tata Nexon facelift.
The 1.2-liter petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines will remain in the Tata Nexon facelift’s engine lineup. Its petrol engine produces 225 newton metres of torque and 125 horsepower of power. The 1.5-liter diesel engine produces 260 newton metres of torque and 113 horsepower of power simultaneously. It now features an AMT gearbox and a 5-speed manual transmission, although DCT can be used in place of AMT.
Know about the launch
Before the holiday season, the Tata Nexon makeover can be introduced to the Indian market. The Nexon makeover could be produced beginning in July 2023 and released in August. Average monthly production capacity for the company is 15,000 units.
Moreover, Tata Motors will introduce a new model of the Nexon EV. The same assembly line will be used to make both models. 5000 units can be produced per month and production of the Nexon EV can begin concurrently.
