2024 Skoda Kodiaq: Skoda is finally heading to globally unveil the 2024 Kodiaq premium 3 row SUV tomorrow i.e on October 4. The new generation Kodiaq comes with the update and less emission making powertrain options. The vehicle has also got some major updates in terms of design. 2024 Skoda Kodiaq: Features
As far as the features are concerned, the new generation Kodiaq will feature Android Auto and Apple Car Play, high qaulity audio system, ambient lightings, ventilated and heated front seats, Wireless charging, USB-C fast charging, panaromic sunroof, electronic stability control, airbags and ADAS.
2024 Skoda Kodiaq: Interior
The new generation Kodiaq gets a more simple and minimalistic interior design wihich also includes a big 12.9 inches touchscreen infotainment system, physical controls for Air conditioner and climate control. The vehicle’s climate control offers features like seat cooling. It also features a 10.25 inch digital display for the driver.
2024 Skoda Kodiaq: Exterior Design
Taking clue from the sketches, the SUV hasn’t received any revolutionary changes, the updates looks more evolutionary and the new Kodiaq still reflects the previous one. The car will feature a relatively bigger butterfly grille with more sleeker headlights. It gets smooth lines on the body along with C-pillar getting a blacked out finish particularly for floating roof effect. As far as the rear design is concerned, it now gets more sharper and connected LED taillights.
2024 Skoda Kodiaq: Powertrains
The new generation Kodiaq is offered in 4 powertrain options which inlcudes a 1.5 litre TSI Mild hybrid engine which produces the maximum power of 150 PS and comes coupled with a 7 Speed DSG transmission.
It also gets a 2 litre TSI powertrain which outputs the maximum power 204 Ps and comes mated to 7 speed DSG transmission. This powertrain also features an all wheel drive drivertrain. Another on offer is 2 lire TDI which churns out 153 and 204 PS of max power and comes combined to a 7 speed DSG transmission. This powertrain also comes with All wheel drive option.
Lastly, the vehicle gets a 1.5 litre Plug-in Hybrid powertrain which generates the maixmum power of 204 Ps, it comes mated to a 6 speed DSG transmission along with offering a front wheel drive drivertrain.
2024 Skoda Kodiaq: Expected Launch In India
The automker will make the global debut of the premium SUV on October. There is no infomation about the India launch of the new generation Skoda Kodiaq. But we expect that it will enter in India somewhere near July-August 2024 in the country. The previous model of the vehicle comes with the starting price of Rs. 38.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
