2024 Yamaha R15 V4: Renowned two wheeler manufacturer, Yamaha Motor has launched the 2024 model of R15 V4 in japan. The bike is launched alongside the launch of 2024 R125 in the home market of the manufacturer. There are no major changes in the mechanicals of the bike, but now the brand offers it in colour options. The newly launched bike is now offered in a new all-black colour variant, namely “Black Metallic 12”, the new paint schemes comes coupled with blacked-out components.
Another colour option is “Deep Purplish Blue Metallic C” which is a combination of blue and black shade seems to be borrowed from the Yamaha R1. The 2024 model for Yamaha R15 features a “Dark Bluish Gray Metallic” colour scheme which comes with neon yellow finished alloy wheels with the bodywork finished in grey blue and neon yelloe stripes.
2024 Yamaha R15 V4: Engine Specs
2024 Yamaha R15 gets the same mechanical as the earlier model. The beast gets powered with a 155cc single cylinder, liquid cooled, SOHC, 4 Valve engine which is capable to generate the maximum power of 18.1 bhp and a peak torque of 14.1 Nm, the powerhouse comes coupled with a 6 speed transmission. The new model also comes with bi-directional quickshifter, slipper clutch and dual channel ABS.
2024 Yamaha R15 V4: Price Details
The all new Yamaha R15 is launched in the maker’s home market, Japan with the price of 550000 Yen (nearly Rs. 3.08 lakh) which is much higher than the price of Indian version of the bike. The India specific R15 V4 is priced at Rs. 1.82 lakh (ex-showroom).
